6tart shells frozen
For the Peach Pie filling ingredients:
3ripe peaches cut into small pieces
1tbspmaple syrup
2tbspgranulated sugar or to taste
1tbspcornstarch
¼tspcinnamon powder
a pinch of nutmeg optional
For the topping
⅓cupgranola
Instructions
Prepare the Peach Pie Filling.
To peel the Peaches- Blanch the ripe peaches or peel with a knife or peeler. If blanching- quickly soak the peaches in boiling water for1 minute and then transfer them into ice water for about a minute or until cold. Peel the peach skin and it comes right off. Slice up to the core, then cut them into small pieces and transfer to the bowl. To slice the Peaches with the skin on- slice the peaches up to the core with the skin on and then cut into small pieces and transfer to the bowl.
Add the maple syrup, sugar, cinnamon powder, and ground nutmeg. Mix until well combined.
Arrange the frozen tart shells in the air fryer basket or dripping pan. Fill the tart shells with the peach pie filling.
Bake in the preheated air fryer at 375°F for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden and the peach filling thickens.
For the topping. Add the granola and continue air frying for 2 minutes until golden brown.
Serve it warm or cold with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

You may need to discard some of the peach juice to prevent the peach pie filling to become runny and a soggy pastry dough.
