175gcauliflower Florets
1tbspunsalted butter melted
1tbspolive oil
½tspgarlic powder
½tsppaprika powder
¼tspsalt or to taste
⅛tspground black pepper or to taste

Instructions
Wash, then pat dry the broccoli and cauliflower florets. If using heads of broccoli and cauliflower, wash it first, then pat dry before cutting into florets, about 1-inch bite-size.
Melt the butter in a microwave, then mix in the olive oil and spices.
In a medium-sized bowl with broccoli and cauliflower, pour the butter-oil mixture with the spices. Toss or cover the bowl with a plate, then shake until the vegetables are evenly coated.
Cook for 7 to 10 minutes in the preheated air fryer at 400°F or until lightly charred and tender but still crisp.
Toss with grated and shaved parmesan before serving.
