Ingredients

  • 750 g Pork ribs baby back ribs

Bulgogi Marinade

  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp Onion powder or sub 1 tbsp grated onion
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder or sub 1 tbsp grated garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger grated
  • 2 tbsp Pear grated, or sub with apple
  • 2 tsp Rice wine vinegar or white vinegar
  • 2 tsp Gochujang or to taste
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil

Instructions

  • Prepare the Ribs. Wash and pat dry a full slab of pork ribs then remove the membrane. To remove the membrane, insert a butter knife under the membrane then carefully pull it by hand away from the bones. Slice and place the ribs in a bowl.
  • Marinate. Add all the bulgogi marinade ingredients to the ribs. For tender & flavorful ribs marinate for 24 hours or overnight.
  • Air Fry. Place the marinated pork ribs in a single layer on a baking sheet about an inch apart. Air fry in a preheated air fryer at 400 F for about 20 minutes (depending on your air fryer), flipping halfway through to charred on each side. Serve with your favourite side dish.
