This Air fryer Pork Tenderloin recipe is roasted in the air fryer with the flavorful mushroom pan gravy. Served with mashed potatoes and broccolli that creates a wonderful quick and easy dinner.
Mix all the marinade ingredients and rub evenly on the pork tenderloin. Marinate for at least 30 minutes. For best flavor, marinate for 24 hrs or overnight.
Preheat the air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes. Place the marinated pork tenderloin in a pan and drizzle with olive oil.
Roast in the air fryer for 15 to 25 minutes or until it reaches the internal temperature between 145°F to 165°F.
Halfway through the cooking time. Add the mushrooms to the pan with the pork tenderloin. Continue air frying until cook through or to your liking.
Transfer on a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Cover with aluminum foil. Meanwhile, make the pan gravy.
Make the mushroom pan gravy. Add the butter, flour, and beef broth to the pan with the drippings. Whisk until well blended. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes in an air fryer or over the stove until thickened. Serve on the side or pour on the pork tenderloin slices.
