Ingredients
1½tspkosher saltor 3/4 tsp table salt
1½tsppaprika
1½tspgarlic powder
1½tsponion powder
1tspblack pepperground
½tspchili powdersub with cayenne pepper
1tspbrown sugaroptional
For Herbs
2tspfresh thymefinely chopped or 1 tsp dried thyme
1tspfresh rosemaryfinely chopped or ½ tsp dried thyme
Herbs Substituteoregano, sage, parsley, basil, or tarragon

Combine all the measured spices in a bowl, or add them to a jar and shake well to mix everything together.

Herbs SubstituteFor herbs, thyme and rosemary are great additions, but you can easily swap them out for basil, sage, parsley, oregano, or tarragon if you prefer.
