Cook the boneless turkey breast from frozen. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
Remove the plastic bag. Do not remove the netting. Place the frozen turkey on a rack in a shallow baking pan or crumple an aluminum foil to use as a baking rack.
Drizzle the turkey with olive oil, then pour chicken broth and water into the baking pan to prevent drying.
Do not cover. Cook for 4 hours. Add more water if needed.
Make the honey lemon glaze. Mix all the ingredients in a liquid measuring cup.
Remove the turkey and aluminum foil or rack if using, from the baking pan and skim off the scum. Remove the netting and then place it back in the baking pan.
Pour the honey lemon glaze mixture over the turkey. Roast for another 20 to 30 minutes at 350°F or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Basting every 10 minutes.
Transfer the turkey drippings with honey lemon glaze in a saucepan. Simmer on medium heat until thickened.
Place the roasted turkey and roasted vegetables on a serving plate. Brush it all over with honey lemon glaze, then garnish with stems of parsley.
Slice and serve with more honey lemon glaze.
