- 2 cups milk
For the Strawberry Syrup
- 225 g fresh or frozen Strawberries whole or ½ cup pureed

Make the strawberry syrup. Mash or puree the strawberries with all the ingredients and bring into a simmer until slightly thickened. Set aside and let it cool.
Make the strawberry jelly. Follow the instructions in the strawberry jello package. Add pureed or mashed strawberry if desired. Then use a strainer while pouring in a rectangular heatproof container, about ¾ of an inch for easy slicing into cubes. Set aside to let it set.
Assemble the strawberry milk. Slice the jelly into cubes then add into the glass. Add the fresh cubed strawberries. Tilt the glass and slowly pour the syrup inside around the glass. Then slowly pour the cold milk.
Optional toppings and add-ins. Add whipped cream or ice cream if desired. Garnish with jelly cubed and fresh strawberry.
