Lay the pineapple on a cutting board, slice off the crown about half to an inch.
Slice off the bottom of the pineapple, so it could sit flat. Cut into 8 slices.
To core: Hold the top of the core. Make sure your fingers not on the way and away from the knife. Carefully slice off the core. The safest is to hold it up on the skin side of pineapple, then slice off the core.
To peel: Lay the pineapple slice, hold the top and your fingers away from the knife, slice off the pineapple skin.
To chop: You can chop the pineapple on top of the pineapple skin or on the chopping board.
To Blend: Add the chopped pineapple, peeled banana, coconut juice, and ice cubes in a blender.
Press pulse and blend until smooth.
Pour in a glass and garnish with sliced pineapple.
