250gshrimp 10 to 12 extra-large, peeled and deveined
4clovesgarlic minced
3tbspscallion chopped 1 tbsp for garnish
1tbspwhite wine vinegar
½tspgingergrated
½tspsmoked paprika
½tspred pepper flakes
¼tspsalt or to taste
¼tspground black pepper
2tbspextra virgin olive oil
3tbspbutter
Instructions
Heat the sizzling cast iron plate on the stovetop or in the oven.
Season the shrimp with salt, ground black pepper, grated ginger, minced garlic, and white wine vinegar.
Heat the wok or skillet with olive oil, add and melt the butter. Add paprika, red pepper flakes, chopped scallion, and seasoned shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes.
Serve on a hot sizzling cast iron plate. Garnish with chopped scallion.

Make sure not to overcook the shrimp and garlic. Keep in mind that it will continue cooking when transferred into a hot sizzling plate.
