- 500 g Atlantic Salmon fillet
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp onion soup mix
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 large carrot 1/2 inch round sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 to 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400F. Drizzle sheet pan with canola oil and place the Salmon on one side of the pan.
In a small bowl mix mayo, onion soup mix, lemon juice and mustard powder.
Spread the mixture on top of the Salmon.
Place the veggies on the pan and spread evenly. Drizzle with olive oil, add salt and pepper.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes
