Ingredients

  • 200 g cranberries fresh or frozen

Orange Maple Syrup ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • cup pure maple syrup
  • cup orange juice
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp of ground nutmeg

Instructions

  • In a saucepan with the orange maple syrup over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil. Add the cranberries and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes or until all the cranberries burst. Remove from heat and let it cool. The cranberry sauce will thicken as it cools. Transfer in a bowl or mason jar. Store in refrigerator.
