- Brioche burger buns
- 454 g Ground turkey
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 3 tbsp onion finely chopped
- 3 tbsp green bell pepper finely chopped
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
Optional toppings:
- 100 g Mozzarella cheese sliced or grated
- 80 g Sliced tomato
- 50 g Lettuce
- 80 g Gherkins baby sweet pickles
Sriracha-mayo Sauce ingredients
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ tsp prepared mustard
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp tomato ketchup
In a medium bowl add in Ground turkey, garlic grated, finely chopped onion, finely chopped green pepper, parmesan cheese, milk, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and ground black pepper. Mix until well combined. Slightly oiled clean hands with cooking oil, then divide into 4, shape into equal patties, and place on a 4x4-inch wax paper.
Cook patties in a skillet or barbeque grill on medium-high heat for about 4 to 5 minutes each side until internal temperature reaches 165 to 170 F. Then top with grated or sliced mozzarella cheese (optional). Serve with fries.
