Pulled Pork Wonton Tacos
These delicious Pulled pork wonton tacos are made of leftover pulled pork on a crispy wonton wrapper then topped with coleslaw with flavourful Asian dressing. A perfect appetizer or snack!

for frying about 500 ml of canola oil
Coleslaw Ingredients:
- 2 cups cabbage Shredded
- 1 cup carrot julienne
- 1 tbsp shallot finely chopped
Asian dressing ingredients: Yield ⅓ cup
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
- ½ tbsp honey or brown sugar
- ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp ginger grated
- ½ tsp garlic grated
- ½ tsp shallot finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Place the fried wonton wrapper in a tray lined with a paper towel or a cooling rack to drip the excess oil. Set aside.
In a bowl, add all the coleslaw ingredients and Asian dressing. Mix to combined.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of pulled pork with barbecue sauce and then top with the coleslaw mixture and garnish with chopped parsley.
