This easy fruit salad jar recipe is a great make-ahead breakfast or dessert. Pack it up and use any fresh fruit in season and bring it to a picnic, party, work, or school for a healthy lunch or snack!

Fruit Salad Jar Ingredients

2 cups vanilla yogurt
2 tbsp honey
2 cups papaya diced
1 cup kiwi diced
1 cup ripe mango about 2 mangoes diced
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blackberries

It’s customizable and you can substitute it with any fruit you like, such as cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon, blueberry, strawberry, grapes, or any fruit in season. For apples or bananas tossed in orange juice to prevent browning.

How to Make Fruit Salad Jar

Whisk vanilla yogurt and honey until well blended and set aside.
Wash the fruit. For the papaya, cut and remove both ends, then cut in half. Use a spoon to scrape and remove the seeds. Slice, peel and remove the papaya skin, then slice and dice.
Wash the mangoes, and slice in between the seed. Use a drinking glass to remove the skin, then slice and dice.
Cut both ends of kiwi. Use a knife or spoon to peel the skin, slice and dice.
In a mason jar spoon papaya, kiwi, mango, vanilla yogurt with honey, then top with raspberry and blackberries. Keep in the fridge and serve cold.
