This Air fryer Pork Tenderloin recipe is full of flavor and juicy. Roasted in the air fryer with the flavorful mushroom pan gravy- making right in the pan! Served with mashed potatoes and broccolli that creates a wonderful quick and easy dinner.

Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin Ingredients

Pork Tenderloin– The weight and thickness may vary size. For this recipe 1lb to 1.25 lbs.

Olive oil– this will help the pork tenderloin to brown quickly.

For the Marinade

Dijon mustard– (alternatively can be substituted with regular mustard or mustard powder).

Worcestershire sauce– add a depths of flavor to the marinade.

Garlic powder, salt and ground black pepper– base flavor

Paprika– regular or smoked paprika.

Thyme– add aromatic and delightful flavor.

For the mushroom gravy– cremini mushrooms, butter, flour or cornstarch, and beef broth.

How to make Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin

How to make Air fryer Pork Tenderloin with pan gravyMarinate the Pork Tenderloin. Mix all the marinade ingredients and rub evenly on the pork tenderloin. Marinate for at least 30 minutes. For best flavor, marinate for 24 hrs or overnight.

Air fry the Pork Tenderloin. Preheat the air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes. Place the marinated pork tenderloin in a pan and drizzle with olive oil.

How long to cook the Pork Tenderloin in the Air Fryer?

Roast in the air fryer for 15 to 25 minutes or until it reaches the internal temperature between 145°F to 165°F.

Please note: Cooking time may varies by size and brand of your air fryer.  Also, depending to your liking, how well done you like your pork tenderloin.

Halfway through the cooking time. Add the mushrooms to the pan with the pork tenderloin. Continue air frying until cook through or to your liking.

Make the mushroom pan gravy. Add the butter, flour, and beef broth to the pan with the drippings. Whisk until well blended. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes in an air fryer or over the stove until thickened. Serve on the side or pour on the pork tenderloin slices.

  • 1 lb Pork Tenderloin
For the Marinade
  • 2 tbsp olive oil divided
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp salt or to taste
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper or to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
For the mushroom gravy
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 125 g Mushrooms
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp flour or to taste
