Equipment
- mason jar or dressing bottle
Ingredients
- 100 g spinach
- 2 mini cucumbers sliced
- 2 strawberries sliced
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
Balsamic vinaigrette Ingredients
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ⅛ tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Add all the balsamic vinaigrette ingredients in a mason jar or dressing bottle. Shake until well blended.
- Round slice the mini cucumbers and strawberries.
- On a plate or a salad bowl, add spinach, sliced strawberries, sliced mini cucumbers, and sunflower seeds. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
Notes
You can use English cucumber for this recipe or any cucumber you preferred.
Optional:
For extra flavour, you can also add sliced red onion or add finely chopped onion in the balsamic vinaigrette.
