Air Fried Cabbage and Mushrooms Ingredients
Cabbage– green or purple cabbage. Korean cabbage will work and taste good too.
Mushrooms– cremini or white button mushrooms.
Butter– unsalted melted butter or substitute with olive oil.
Seasoning– salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, & onion powder.
For garnish and more flavour– Parmesan cheese and dried or fresh chopped parsley.
How to make Air Fried Cabbage and Mushrooms
Step 1. Prepare the cabbage and mushrooms. Cut the cabbage into two-inch squares. Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel then cut them in half.
Step 2. Season. Transfer the veggies to a mixing bowl or a plastic bag. Pour the melted butter then add the seasoning. Cover the bowl and shake to ensure the cabbage and mushrooms are coated with melted butter and seasoned evenly. Then transfer them on a baking tray or air fryer basket.
Step 3 Air-fry. In a preheated air fryer at 400 F°, air fry the cabbage and mushrooms for about 8 to 10 minutes. Toss halfway through the air frying to cook evenly.
Step 4. Serve. Add grated parmesan cheese and garnish with dried or fresh chopped parsley if desired.
