How to make Air Fryer Broccoli and Cauliflower

  • Wash, then pat dry the broccoli and cauliflower florets. If using heads of broccoli and cauliflower, wash it first then pat dry before cutting into florets, about 1-inch bite-size.

  • Melt the butter in a microwave, then mix in the olive oil and spices.
  • In a medium-sized bowl with broccoli and cauliflower, pour the butter-oil mixture with the spices. Toss or cover the bowl with a plate, then shake until the vegetables are evenly coated.
  • Place the vegetables into the air fryer basket in a single layer to cook evenly.

  • 150 g broccoli Florets
  • 175 g cauliflower Florets
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • ¼ tsp salt or to taste
  • tsp ground black pepper or to taste
  • tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese grated

For optional garnish

  • Parmesan shavings
  • Chopped parsley

Notes
