How to make Air Fryer Broccoli and Cauliflower
- Wash, then pat dry the broccoli and cauliflower florets. If using heads of broccoli and cauliflower, wash it first then pat dry before cutting into florets, about 1-inch bite-size.
- Melt the butter in a microwave, then mix in the olive oil and spices.
- In a medium-sized bowl with broccoli and cauliflower, pour the butter-oil mixture with the spices. Toss or cover the bowl with a plate, then shake until the vegetables are evenly coated.
