Balsamic Glazed Pork loin

Ingredients
- 500 g Pork Loin 2 slices
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp steak seasoning
Homemade Steak Seasoning Ingredients:
Yield 1/3 cup (use 1 tsp for this recipe)
- 2 tbsp coarse sea salt
- 2 tbsp crushed ground black pepper
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- ¼ tsp cumin optional
Balsamic-glazed Ingredients
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ tsp thyme
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat well seasoned cast iron pan or use stainless steel heavy bottomed pan to medium-high heat.
- Season 2 slices pork loin of Worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp steak seasoning.
- Preheat oven to 375F. Drizzle a preheated cast iron with canola oil. Add and cook each side of pork loin for 4 minutes. Cook for another 10 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven (depends on the thickness of pork loin).
- In a small bowl or measuring cup, add all balsamic glaze ingredients and mix until well blended.
- Remove the cast iron with the pork loin from the oven and immediately pour balsamic glaze mixture. Transfer on a plate and serve hot.
