How to drain the tuna oil or water in a can?
Use a can opener and open completely the top can of tuna. Carefully press the top tin lid of the can and tilt to drain the oil or water in the can. Use a spatula to lift and remove the lid ( do not use your fingers to lift the sharp tin lid ).

- 240 g tuna 2 cans drained
- 1 stalk celery finely chopped
- 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion or shallot
- 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
