Air fryer Sizzling Mushrooms Ingredients
Mushrooms – this recipe is cremini mushrooms, or substitute button, baby bellas and Portobello mushrooms.
Seasonings – coat with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garlic-butter – melted salted butter infused with finely chopped garlic
Parsley – for garnish and enhance the flavour
Lemon – to balance the flavour, cuts greasiness and clean your palate with the garlic taste.
How to make Air Fryer Sizzling Mushrooms in garlic-butter
Quickly rinse the mushrooms in a colander, gently brush off any dirt and pat them dry with a paper or kitchen towel.
Cut the big mushrooms into half. Place them in a bowl. Toss in olive oil, salt and pepper.
Add the seasoned mushrooms in the preheated sizzling plate and air fry for 5 to 7 minutes. Add the garlic butter in the last minute of cooking.
Serve and garnish with chopped parsley and a slice of lemon.
