These Air fryer Brussels Sprouts and Carrots are so versatile that you can also serve it as a salad and tossed with a sweet tangy Honey-soy-vinegar dressing.
Here’s what you’ll need
250 g Brussels Sprouts– try to get all the same size for even cooking. Otherwise, cut them all the same size.
150 g Carrots– depending on if you like more carrots or the same amount of brussels sprouts. Carrots for roasting you can use are baby carrots, or the most popular carrots are Danvers, Nantes and Imperator carrots.
2 tbsp olive oil to crisp up the vegetables
¼ To ½ tsp garlic salt or equal part of salt and garlic powder.
¼ tsp smoked paprika or sweet paprika
⅛ tsp ground black pepper. You can add cayenne pepper if desired or herbs like dried oregano or dried parsley.
Optional Dressing
- 1 tbsp honey (sub with maple syrup)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or balsamic vinegar)
- 1 tsp soy sauce or to taste
Optional Add-Ons
Parmesan and crispy bacon bits.

Ingredients
- 250 g Brussels Sprouts
- 150 g carrots
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ To ½ tsp garlic salt or to taste
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- ⅛ tsp ground black pepper
Optional Dressing
- 1 tbsp honey sub with maple syrup
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables. Wash the Brussels sprouts and dry them with a paper towel or kitchen towel. Remove the stem or bottom hard part of the brussels sprouts then cut them in half. Peel the carrots and slice diagonally or round slice them about 1/2 inch thick.
- Line the sheet pan with foil or the air fryer basket for easy cleanup. Place the prepared vegetables on the sheet pan, then drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic salt, paprika and ground black pepper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts and carrots on a single layer. and air fry at 400°F for about 15 to 20 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through the cooking for even browning and to crisp up evenly.
- Serve as is with your favourite main dishes as a side dish or serve as a salad tossed in a tangy sweet salad dressing.
